Join Adrienne Zachary and Brent Beresford as they explore their own somatic healing journeys, attempting to shed light on the ways in which somatic healing has been helpful, and why it is so important as an avenue to explore for all folks searching to heal. Adrienne Zachary is a Kahnawake community member and prevention worker at KSCS. Brent Beresford is a somatic-humanistic psychologist and mindfulness teacher at KSCS.
